Shipping & Returns
Tyger Tyger is happy to offer our customers free shipping on orders over $150 before tax within Canada!
We also offer a FREE Pick-up option in Toronto! On Wednesdays we drop off at Victoire. Please have your orders in by midnight on Tuesday to get them into the drop-off on time!
We ask our customers to please allow us 2-3 business days to process orders made online. Once an order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent with tracking information. If you need your item ASAP, please reach out via email and we will do our best to expedite the process!
Shipping costs are based on your location and the weight of the items you purchase (but roughly around $10-$15 within Canada, $10-$20 international) and will be calculated at checkout
All items are shipped worldwide via Canada Post and are shipped Monday to Friday from Toronto. Items shipped within Ontario take a day or two, the rest of Canada take on average 3-8 business days for delivery. Orders headed to Nunavut, the Yukon, or the Northwest Territories take a little longer. International delivery times vary depending on location.
All rates are listed in Canadian Dollars as a default (option to change to USD at the top right of the site). All duties and taxes incurred when items ship internationally are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions or concerns regarding duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
If you are an International Customer and you choose to have your delivery sent without a tracking number (Small Packet - Air, for example), we forfeit any responsibility for the package. It is recommended you pay extra for the tracking, but we are not your mom so the choice is yours.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase, so we will accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of the package being delivered to you. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a brief explanation for the return. Any cost of returning the item must be incurred by the customer.
In the event that a damaged product shows up at your doorstep, please take a picture and send it to us at email@example.com within one day of delivery so that we can take care of it asap!
